We follow all current CDC guidelines and USCIS requirements to ensure your vaccination record meets the standards for immigration and public health compliance.
Vaccinations Administered On Site
If a required vaccination is missing, vaccines can be administered on site. Our office will confirm current availability, timing, and any additional fees.
Titer Testing for Immunity Verification
Blood titer testing is available to verify existing immunity, which can reduce the number of vaccines you need and is accepted by USCIS as proof of immunization.

Transparent pricing for all required immigration vaccines
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
$165Required for most immigration applicants. Two doses or titer proof needed.
Tdap/Td (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
$100Booster required if last dose was more than 10 years ago.
Varicella (Chickenpox)
$250Two doses required or evidence of immunity through titer testing.
Hepatitis B
$120Three-dose series required. Titer testing available for proof of immunity.
Influenza (Flu)
~$50Required during flu season (October through March).
Polio (IPV)
$80Required for applicants under 18 or as determined by civil surgeon.
Pneumococcal
$310Required for applicants 65 and older or with certain medical conditions.
